The dealership had my vehicle for two weeks. Understandable for parts being shipped in. However, dealership was poor at communicating the findings. I had to show up to the dealership to get answers and got the response “we were about to call you”. The dealership told me both air filters needs to be changed and I approved the change with the understanding of the cost. I picked up the vehicle after two weeks. Two days later there was a not normal smell while driving. I checked and the cabin air filter was not actually changed and I was charge for it. It’s frustrating when I am paying for a service and the dealership didn’t actually fulfill their end of the service.

The service took longer than I was told it was going to take, and when the time went by no one came out to give me an update. I waited there for about 2 hours for a 30,000 mile service appointment. When I went up to the desk to ask about my car, 4 people were having a meeting in the office next to the desk and not one person acknowledged that I was standing there.
