The problem with my auto did not occur every time I drove. It was somewhat vague to explain. The techs had no trouble finding it and assured me that it was covered by a warrantee, therefore all I had to do was return at an appointment once the needed part was available. The matter was handled professionally by the friendly staff. Thank you.
